Once you have downloaded the Nature Watch Recording Form, you can easily print it out and complete it by hand if you prefer.
Collect a Copy
You can also pick up a copy of the document at the Corfe Mullen Parish Council Offices at Towers Way, Corfe Mullen, Wimborne. Dorset. BH21 3UA, (located behind the library, joined to the village hall in Corfe Mullen), and complete it by hand
Returning Hand Written Records
You can return your hand written Multiple Records Form to our collection point at the Corfe Mullen Parish Council Office at Towers Way, Corfe Mullen, Wimborne. Dorset. BH21 3UA, (located behind the library, joined to the village hall in Corfe Mullen).
We will collect completed forms from the council offices on a regular basis and add them to our database, ready to be sent to the Dorset Environmental Records Centre.
