How to send us your Nature Watch records

There are currently four ways of sending us your records:

The Single Record Form - to use if you have a "single record" and want to let us know about it. Quick and Easy!
The Multiple Records Form - to use for "multiple" records. On a walk you may see lots of things you want to tell us about. This is the form for that!
Printout the Multiple Records Form, complete it by hand and then return it to our drop-off point.
For those of you without a printer you can collect a paper copy of the Multiple Records Form. Click here to find out where you can get a paper copy. We don't want to leave you out!
